“The first room that I was given, smelt terribly of cigarette smoke when I entered. I opened the balcony door to get some fresh air into the room. I very quickly closed the door again, as there was a pile of cigarettes butts in the middle of the balcony. I went down to the reception area to inform them of the situation. They very quickly & most apologetically gave me a much better room.”

“Good”

“The staff is helpful and reception runs 24/7. The airport shuttle is easy to access and runs throughout the day and night, the accommodation is 10 mins drive away from the airport.”

“PREFECT”

“The hotel is a bit run down, rooms are average. Staffs are super friendly.”

“the room is clean and spacious, lots of parking in the hotel”

“it is a very special living experience which is like a co-working place and meanwhile front counter's service is friendly, hotel staying is cozy.”

“It’s a new hotel and rooms were clean. Convenient location within Melbourne shopping precinct. Stayed on 7th floor corner room therefore some street noise could be heard. Only issue is where the TV was placed in an odd location in the middle at the end of the bed which was a safety hazard as you can hit your head against it. Tram stop is just right in front at Elizabeth street.”
