I wish that I could rate it 4.5 for the reasons I'll give below. But... the room layout was good, the location was good, the breakfast was excellent, and the workout room was first-rate. Most importantly, the staff was very helpful in getting us access to the one electric car charger before and during our stay. Without that charge, we couldn't have made it home. Because of the charging station and the good breakfast, this was a great value and we'll likely be back.
On the negative side, our room had power outages both mornings when our in-room coffee maker was started. This also shut the power to the room across from us. Because the staff doesn't come in until 7:30, we were literally in the dark both mornings. Luckily, we weren't in any hurry to go anywhere, but this would have been a problem if we had needed to get on the road. The staff seemed to be aware that there was an issue with the electricity in our room, so hopefully management will look into fixing it. Also, staff not coming on property until 7:30 meant that the workout room was unavailable until then; I usually want to get my workout started at least by 7:00.
Overall, though, we were very pleased. Guests should be aware that it is a pretty good walk into town, especially if you make the trip twice each day.
