"This property does not exists. I don't know why Expedia is still listing this property. When you get to the location, supposed "agents" of other properties will advise you that Imbi suites have not existed for the last 2 years. They will offer you the properties they managed at an absurd prices hoping that you will have no choice but to take their offer, especially if it's late at night. "

"Booked Ozone on 30th April but upon arrival, we were told that our room were given to other guests! The Indian speaking man told me to get my refund from Hotel.com. Ozone is not recommended at all for booking as its not a reliable hotel to stay in. Hotel.com should not have any dealing with Ozone as its reputation will be ruined by the irresponsible attitude of the Apartment management. This is a bad experience!!!"
