The rooms, breakfast, parking and hotel amenities are great. However, there are no bathrobes in the rooms. They force you to pay to rent them from the SPA, but the SPA is rarely staffed and reception refused to have bathrobes delivered to our room. The room was also missing an iron.

This place is terrific! We spent 5 nights here and loved it! The spa, massage, workout facilities and staff are terrific! Big shoutout to wait staff: Magali and Francesco and the front desk Emanuela! All three lovely humans. Comfy beds, fabulous stay!

An incredible incredible location, very comfortable, and absolutely fantastic staff. The front desk staff was so welcoming, kind, and helpful answering questions and setting my husband and I up with a private taxi to get where we needed to be last minute. Everything about our stay here was great and we had nothing but good things to say. Would recommend and would definitely stay here again in the future.
