Breakfast was lovely and staff welcoming. Plenty of trams and buses available. We walked from Milano Central to the hotel - 1 hour. Pleasant walk on the flat. Walk to the city centre approximately 15 minutes. The hotel was spotless and well maintained, decor a little dated (90s). Would recommend and would stay again.

The hotel itself is beautiful, with a fantastic location on the shores of Lake Como, comfortable rooms, excellent facilities and a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. Whether it was the reception team helping with local recommendations, the restaurant and bar staff delivering outstanding service, the kitchen team producing delicious food every day, or the housekeeping and wellness staff keeping everything immaculate, everyone contributed to making our holiday unforgettable. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff, especially Rossana. Your kindness, professionalism and genuine warmth made us feel less like guests and more like family. It is rare to find a hotel where every member of the team consistently delivers such exceptional hospitality. Together, you have created an experience that we will remember for many years to come.

This is a great find. Central hotel, but quiet even though all shops and tube were very close. Helpful staff, very clean room. Nice buffet breakfast included
