🌟 A Five-Star Experience Defined by Exceptional Staff- (Thanks Marianne!!!) From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I knew this hotel was something special. The ambiance was elegant yet welcoming, with tasteful décor and a calming atmosphere—but what truly set the experience apart was the staff. 👥 Staff Excellence Marianne who received us, embodied professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality. Check-in was swift and seamless, offering helpful local tips and a sincere smile that made me feel instantly at home. 🍽️ Breakfast was equally impressive, served at your room, it was just fabulous. 🛏️ Room & Amenities The room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and immaculately clean. Every detail reflected thoughtful design and care. Room service was prompt and courteous, and the staff were knowledgeable and kind, making our trip in Milano as unique experience. 💬 Final Thoughts In a world where luxury often feels impersonal, this hotel stands out for its heart. The staff didn’t just provide service—they created connection. It’s rare to find a place where hospitality feels this genuine. I left feeling not just rested but truly cared for.

Great for ski-in-out. Decent size room, robes,etc. Room lacked adequate lighting and had NO mirrors except the dark bathroom. Breakfast was good but items in the buffet were not replenished. The head waiter was too prominent in constantly berating his staff. One night we told there were no tables when obviously there were plenty. Shower had good water pressure and ample room.
