Directly across from the Marina's where almost all of the Lake Ontario fishing charters dock and just a 5 minute drive from multiple state parks with kayaking, fishing, ATV trails hiking and more. Just a short drive from the world famous Salmon River for the Fall Salmon run and with many options for snowmobile trails in winter. Enjoy the outdoor playground from a luxury home! The house was beautifully renovated in 2021 and with a massive driveway there is even space for those with trailers. Entering from the front door you're just across from the huge Master suite has a King bed with full en suite bathroom and a pullout loveseat if you need an extra bed or some reading space. The second bedroom, which is also huge has a queen, full en suite bathroom, and little reading bench by the window. Both bedrooms have plenty of closet space. The third bedroom is at the other side of the house, with its own entrance and provides a Queen bed, with a nearby 1/2 bathroom and closet. To the right of the entrance, you'll enter a fully renovated Kitchen with a dining space. The gigantic ranch living room offers load of natural light, with comfortable couches, floor to ceiling glass and skylights. Beautiful to be in any time of day or night. It’s also equipped with a smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, Prime and more). The living room also has a sliding glass door out into the Garden and grill area. There is a deck with furniture available to use outside that’s ideal to relax and enjoy the space. To the other side of the living room is the mudroom, which is where we ask you to enter the house when you've been out enjoying the outdoors for the day. We provide hanging rails for dirty coats and waders and a shoe rack for your shoes and boots. - Absolutely no cleats or waders inside please! There are hanging rails provided in the Mudroom - Absolutely no fish to be skinned and gutted in the property! There are plenty of local stations that will do this for you for a very small fee and dispose of the detritus. - Please store all fish and bait in sealed containers - Furry friends are welcome to stay for an additional fee but must be kept off the furniture. You will have access to the entire home. The only shared areas are the driveway and garage. Garden may be shared with guests from our other unit but is not open to the public. There is a 1 car garage you are welcome to use if it is available and the driveway is big enough for several cars and even trailers. Please park on the left of the driveway. You can reach Joe by phone almost any time for any issues. If you have any special requests, let us now ahead of time and we will do our best to make them happen! Just 1 minute from the Mexico Point State Park Boat Launch and Beach and directly opposite most of the charter trips Marinas - you are minutes away from the sought after Dan's Chicken Shack and other great eating. Just a short drive from the world famous Salmon River, Snowmobile trails, State Parks and trails, you have everything you could want year round and you are only 10 minutes from the Towns of Mexico and Pulaski which have all of your usual amenities. With both the farmhouse and the ranch, you get 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and a large dining and hang out area. Great for a large family gathering. The house is super comfortable. Clean and all the amenities one could need plus a few bonuses at check in. Everything worked perfectly. The house is beautifully appointed and if the occasion arises in the future, renting both properties in such close proximity is appealing for a family get together. The back yard is gorgeous with views of woods and wildlife. The host was extremely accommodating and responded to my every question almost immediately.
