Filthy inside and out. Don’t go to the pool unless you want to swim in green water full of food and cigarette buds. Place is run like a joke…. Got charged $750 for food on my card. The only thing I ate there was the last day chicken tender for $18….. They are doing fraud….

After At first allowing, but then refusing refusing to let my party check in hours before I arrived. We were awoken at 5:30 AM by a couple with keys to our room who were allowed to check in early. After that rude awakening Room-service repeatedly knocked on our door, even though we had “do not disturb sign” on, then repeatedly called the room demanding ID. I had to go down to the front desk and stand in line for these clowns to figure out that they screwed up. Upon going back up to my room, my keys were deactivated because they were activated for someone else. So back to the desk again when I should be sleeping. Upon Checking out I was told that my valet had already been paid and when I went to the valet refused to give me my car the hotel then demanded $128 for Prepaid valet Price was $40 a night. So I overpaid because I needed to get going. When I became upset, the manager started videotaping me with her phone, which is illegal in A two-party consent state like Florida. I recommend avoiding this hotel at all costs. It is ran by absolute morons who Consider themselves the victim when they are in the wrong. AVOID AT ALL COST!

The AC was off during my visit. This happened after the power went out. They have the emergency lights on then eventually the real lights. However, the air conditioning did not turn on for the duration of the night, making it very uncomfortable for me and my partner. I also saw the staff raise their voice at people asking about the Elevator (I’m assuming the power affected it). A very calmly asked the staff where the stairwell was because I did not mind using it and was told very rudely the stairwell was not an option. I’m not sure how this is the case considering an emergency could’ve happened requiring the stairwell. Nonetheless, the property was great and the room was decent. I also appreciated the walkability to the beach. However, the customer service and lack of power was pretty unacceptable.

It was an average property. A bit overpriced. Pool was nice but could use cleaning. One night during stay...the power and a/c went out overnight while sleeping and took a while for the a/c to come back on. The toilet did not flush properly either. We had to open back up tank to make sure it was filling every time we used to ensure the tank was filling up and tap on the flush.
