Room was not as listed. Incorrect beds, no blow dryers as listed, shower clogged and never fixed, door messed up and got locked out for 2 hours. No exhaust fan in restrooms which makes it hard for the wife to get ready while i shower. Towels and wash clothes is no restocked and you have to wash daily which is a huge inconvenience. Property is dated and needs attention, elavators are very slow and 20 plus minutes wait at times and would be longer but eventually staff comes and takes people to the staff elevator, elevators last inspected in 2024 and expired June 2025.Valet was fine but expensive, the other parking they tell you about you have to pay each hour and can only pay an hour and 20 minutes at a time.No way to contact the front desk which they tell you its not their responsibility to contact your host.Our last few days there we had guards walking around with automatic riffles which made the teens very uncomfortable. The pool by 830am every chair was reserved and not a single seat or place to put your belongings while you try to enjoy the pool. Once the pool closes at 10pm you have to go to the street, walk passed a hotel to a public beach access (main reason i book beachfront is so we dont have to leave to go to the beach). The public beach access was not safe for the teens alone so we would have to walk them to the beach if they wanted to walk the beach at night. I was told i had to wear a shirt from the pool to my room and room to pool which means the beach also.
