Brickell studio with poolside patio

Stay in the heart of Brickell with your own patio beside the building’s shared pool deck and one included garage parking space. This bright, open-plan studio is a convenient base for restaurants, shopping and time around the city.

The queen bed and sofa bed share one living and sleeping space: there is no separate bedroom. The studio is most comfortable for two guests and can accommodate up to four using the sofa bed, with less space and privacy.

Inside, you’ll find air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a TV, a dining table and a kitchenette for simple meals. The kitchenette includes a cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, cookware and dishes. The private bathroom has a shower. Step outside to the private sitting area, which opens toward the shared pool deck.

The pool, hot tub, gym, sauna and recreation spaces are shared with other residents and guests, and are subject to building hours, rules and maintenance. Paid washer and dryer facilities are available in the building, not inside the studio.

One garage parking space is included. The garage has multiple levels with narrow ramps and turns; review the arrival instructions and vehicle fit before bringing a large vehicle. Building registration and access steps must be completed in addition to using the studio’s smart lock. Check-in starts at 4 PM and checkout is by 11 AM.

October 2026 maintenance notice: the building is coordinating balcony painting after October 6. Exact work dates for this unit are not yet confirmed. Balcony use will be restricted during the work and the required 24-hour drying period. Ask for the latest schedule before booking an October stay.
