Very nice rooms, staff was very friendly and helpful, the whole hotel is beautiful inside and out.

Park Central South Beach
Location is excellent but rooms need to be updated. Food is delicious. Bathrooms need special attention. Pool area is good and relaxing. Staff is good to deal with service is good. I would go back but ask for a different room I guess.

Hyatt Regency Miami
Nice area. Not the place to go if you are traveling for business. There are party boats that run all night by that river and if you are a light sleeper, tou will not get much rest. The bridge lifts too which is noisy. Its a nice hotel though.
