The gem of the area!
Our experience with this property was excellent, from start to finish. The property owner was great to interact with and patient with all of my questions. What you see in the pictures posted with this listing is what you experience walking in. They are very true to the property. Great care was given to the finishes, amenities, appliances and décor. It is brand new construction, which felt great, and was very clean. While there were a few minor missing things for the way we utilize a VRBO or our preferences, it does have most of the basics needed for your stay. Fabulous home and we definitely would return!

Great place to get away from the everyday chaos of life…this is the place to go! Perfect for a relaxing getaway with all amenities included. The hot tub and sauna was just what was needed to unwind. The newly renovated design is only what you dream of in a home. Communication with the owners was amazing. They truly want you to escape to luxury. Will be booking again very soon!

Winter Break Getaway
We came with our family to Michigan City for a short getaway. The house was very new and so clean. Comfortable house and all that you would need for cooking and recreation. The walk to the beach was beautiful and we saw several deer ran past us. We couldn’t get over the beautiful beach and big waves along Lake Michigan. We even saw 2 people surfing…in Dec.! Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful Stunning Wonderful Home
This home was amazing. Everything we could want and so much more. Very modern, very clean, great owners, spacious and it made you feel like you were at home. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay so comfortable. My wife and I and my mother all agree this was absolutely perfect home. We will stay here every time we come back to Michigan City to visit family. The home is so welcoming and relaxing.

Great house with everything you need
This house was perfect for 3 couples on a weekend getaway. The house has everything you need, beautiful home with modern appliances and great outside area that includes a hot tub. Great restaurants nearby in Michigan City, IN and New Buffalo MI. I highly recommend this property to enjoy a weekend with friends

The property was immaculate inside and out, well appointed with high end everything and centrally located to all of our planned activities. In a nice neighborhood with the backyard feeling like you were tucked into a little private forest. Our group enjoyed cooking breakfast and dinners together in the beautiful kitchen and just hanging out together in the evenings. Hot tub was nice and relaxing and there was even a sauna! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Top notch property that will not disappoint!!!

Michigan City Farm House
This place was absolutely beautiful, I would give it a much higher rating if I could. Everything was exactly how it looked on the site, which was quite a surprise. Very quiet neighborhood and we all slept like we were in our own homes. I challenge anyone to find one thing wrong with it. Book this one if available, you will not regret it. Will be back next year.

Beautiful, lots of amenities, clean and communicative owners. Hot tub and outdoor fireplace add so much to the experience. The address is a little confusing via gps, but owners gave clear explaination to work around this. Absolutely will be back!

Great Retreat!
Our group of three friends used this rental as a little writers' retreat to jumpstart creative projects while also checking in with our day jobs. The house had everything we needed to make this a success: nature, tranquility, speedy wi-fi, and a pleasant, functional kitchen. The large dining table and massive kitchen island were good for working as well as for lively dinners and conversation. A small desk would have been great for our purposes but most renters probably don't need one. The house was spotlessly clean (the cleanest rental I've ever been in), attractive, and very comfortable. One thing I appreciated was the lack of visual clutter. Many beach rentals have lots of bright colors, wall art, cutesy signs everywhere, etc. I really appreciated how serene and tasteful this home was. It made us feel calm. One of us tried the sauna and it too was spotless and enjoyable. Wonderful experience!

Perfect Stay
After spending 5 days and 4 nights on this short-term rental, I felt compelled to document how happy I was with the experience. The design of the house and the interior design was impeccable. The house was well thought out and featured, a hot tub, sauna, fire pit and big screen TVs in all rooms. All the furniture pieces were clean, well maintained and of a higher quality than I was used to in previous rentals. The kitchen utensils were organized in such a way to make cooking, cleaning, and putting dishes away easy. No misfit silverware or dishes or towels to sort through. Simple and easy to understand instructions on how to care for their home made it a very pleasant experience for me and the family. If I were to go back to Michigan City, IN or somewhere nearby and this house was not available on my selected vacation days; I would change my vacation days to match the house’s availability. I have no doubt this rental will be as pristine if I were to return as it was on my initial visit. 5 STAR REVIEW!!

Nice house in a nice neighborhood
We really enjoyed our stay - everything from the great backyard with the hot tub, grill and fire pit area to the closeness to Lake Michigan. I really enjoyed my morning walks to the lake and back. It was a nice quiet walk with deer walking around and loved looking at all the different houses and the seeing the beaches on Lake Michigan. Very interesting with the time zone change a few blocks away. The house is very clean. There is a bathroom with every bedroom. There are fun outdoor games available. We really enjoyed our visit.
