"Check-in was seamless and concierge staff were extremely helpful. I was lucky enough to run into housekeeping staff one morning and they handed me seemingly fresh towels, and though they were clean, one of the face towels had a faded blood stain on it. Luckily, I noticed, so I simply didn't use that one. The king size bed was super comfortable and the large TV was a huge bonus. I especially appreciated having complimentary bottled water and tea bags in my room. This hotel's location cannot be beat when it comes to tourist sites, entertainment, dining, etc. It makes me want to return to Philly real soon!"

"Expedia Hotel Review I absolutely loved this hotel! It gave me that luxurious feel at a very reasonable price. The staff was super sweet, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. From the moment I arrived, I felt well taken care of, and I will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel! One of my favorite touches was the complimentary coffee available in the lobby in the morning—a must for coffee lovers, lol! My only suggestion would be to offer a no-sugar-added creamer option. The creamers available were flavored or sweetened, and I personally don’t like added sugar in my coffee. I think this would be a great addition, especially for guests who need to be mindful of their sugar intake for health reasons. In the afternoon, they offered refreshing lemon water, which was especially nice to come back to after a long walk in the heat. I also extended my checkout time, which was very reasonably priced, so I could enjoy the rooftop pool a little longer. The pool had a beautiful view of the city and was the perfect place to relax before heading home. My only other complaint was about the pool chairs. They weren’t very comfortable because you would sink into them and they leaned too far back. Some were also stained, which made them look a little dirty, although the pool area itself was clean and well maintained. Overall, I had a wonderful stay. The hotel was beautiful, comfortable, conveniently located, and the staff was incredibly accommodating. I would stay again!"

"I had a good stay overall. The only issue was that the air conditioning wasn’t blowing cold air at first, but maintenance came right away and fixed it. I appreciated the quick response."

"Our room was very spacious and clean. The staff was very polite and helpful. My only drawback to my stay would be you could not use the pool. They were waiting for an inspection of it and the air conditioning in the building was out. NOT in my room. These things were not in anyone’s control. We all just had to roll with it. All in all, I enjoyed my stay and slept well."
