“This resort was perfect for our family trip. Being located on the beach was so nice. I have 2 kids so I appreciated the family pool and the resort pool. The staff were very nice and the property is beautiful. The only thing I didn’t like were the prices at the hotel bar and restaurants. On the first day we decided to go to the Buoy Bar and ordered a few drinks and some chips and dips and it was over $50. We went out to eat for the rest of our meals. “The only complaint I have is the lack of respect that during the night a party was going on in the lobby and was terribly loud, rude, and inconsiderate! We called the lobby to notify them of the noise level. We should have been refunded some of my money because we hardly slept during that night and had to get up for a flight. “This hotel is located right before the intercoastal bridge, making it somewhat difficult to get in and out off due to the high volume of traffic during peak hours. Most of the housekeeping staff spoke very little English, making communication somewhat difficult. We were not aware that housekeeping was only done during the morning.
