“This was a special celebration for 1st Cousins being reunited and celebrating a birthday. The villa was so beautiful and enjoyable. I would visit again.”

“Clean and comfortable. Stopped for one night on travels home from Florida. Disappointed in room service menu and lack of options for GF as we arrived later and were too tired to go out. Also, coffee in room needs more than 2 pods. A LONG walk to the elevator as that’s not convenient in morning coffee shop open and was able to get coffee before heading home. Beds comfy as per usual. We didn’t get to see the beach or tour the hotel this visit.”

“Family orientated hotel with great pools, walk on beach access, wonderful BBQ options for self catering. Rooms are large and family orientated. Fab stay! ”

“The property at the Omni resort in Hilton head is beautiful and well maintained. We had a little hiccup upon check in with our room. But the hotel staff quickly intervened and found us a comparable alternative. I’d say the best part of our stay was the staff. Everyone was lovely, accommodating, and genuinely interested in keeping the guests happy.”

“I had a great stay at SpringHill Suites by Marriott. The room was very clean, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The staff was friendly, professional, and made sure everything went smoothly during my visit. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and quiet place to stay.”

“Overall the hotel was nice, clean and spacious. Our toilet did not flush and the hotel did not seemed staffed to accommodate any guests requests. They dropped a plunger off at our door and walked away. It was a good thing we were only there for one night. ”

“Room is old, bathtub is rusted, caulking around toilet was black. The room smells like no one lives in it for a while. While it rained, the water overflow to the door. The only pleasant thing was the staff was really nice and helpful. I don't think I will go back again unless they make some improvement”

“The staff here is top notch! They communicated via text to welcome us and let us know to advise them of any needs. Addie is amazing! She did a great job with answering our questions and checking on us throughout the stay. The grounds are extremely clean. They do an excellent job of maintaining the building also ans cleaning the rooms. Everything about this place is top notch! In fact, this was our 2nd stay. We loved it so much the first time we were here a weekend ago, that we decided to come……

“Terrible!!!!!!! No hot water and no help what so ever. Asked kindly for compensation for the inconvenience and nothing. Apparently it’s my problem. Not being able to take a shower and how they are cleaning linen and the kitchen with cold water doesn’t sound very sanitary to me. ”
