“Great resort, great room ”

“Too many hidden charges.which was not informed at the time of booking”

“The reason I gave low stars is because it’s so far out from everything which is fine but I went during winter months and everything at there resort was closed. No bar, no restaurant, why? Just because it’s winter doesn’t mean people stop eating and drinking. I went for work and only stayed 2 nights and it wasn’t a big deal but as I said it’s not exactly convenient to restaurants n such so I ended up ordering takeout. It was a very nice condo though. Perhaps it would be great in the summer ”

“This hotel is amazing Mina is so nice the room was clean everything is excellent ”

“Room is old, bathtub is rusted, caulking around toilet was black. The room smells like no one lives in it for a while. While it rained, the water overflow to the door. The only pleasant thing was the staff was really nice and helpful. I don't think I will go back again unless they make some improvement”

“This is an old hotel, it used to be Hyatt hotel and was purchased by Hilton. The y had a covering of green slime over most of the floor caused by an algae growth. Room service did not clean on any day and we were told that room cleaning is every other day. Not good for the price of that missing service. We had booked for three nights but left because of the condition and lack of service after two nights. Front desk is a place of smiled anf nothing else. Never here again!”

“First off, this location double the fee and had money tied up in my bank account. The day before I left on March 30th, they charged me $240.90 and didnt tell me. When i checked out on March 30th they chared me the full amout. ”

“Yes the pool was great and easy wlking access to shops”

“Internet reception very poor inside building. Fee for premium WiFi needed if you need internet inside your room. Grounds are natural and beautiful. Staff consistently friendly and helpful.”

“The pet friendly environment is just yuck! Leave your dog at home already!”

“It was just OK. I decided to upgrade myself from one of the other hotels but it didn’t feel like an upgrade. Very expensive breakfast so myself like many others were walking around with our Starbucks cups where most seemed to head off to for breakfast. Pool bar was always closed, same for closed off fire pits etc that you see in the photos. There was one bar of soap in the room. Not even those plastic cups you get so I had to drink from the faucet with my head in the sink. It mostly just felt……

“My only gripe was the laundry. I couldnt get the dryer to work. I called the front desk and they said they would send soneone to help. I waited outside for 15 minutes and no one ever came. So i haf to go to the 2nd floor to dry”

“Other than previous food left in fridge, room was clean. There was no remote for the tv initially, Parking isn’t the greatest. ”

“The staff here is top notch! They communicated via text to welcome us and let us know to advise them of any needs. Addie is amazing! She did a great job with answering our questions and checking on us throughout the stay. The grounds are extremely clean. They do an excellent job of maintaining the building also ans cleaning the rooms. Everything about this place is top notch! In fact, this was our 2nd stay. We loved it so much the first time we were here a weekend ago, that we decided to come……
