“The bathroom was not what was displayed online. We did not get master tub and the shower filled up past our ankles when showering. It would not drain unless water off. Also the bathroom door was damaged and would not close all the way, there was a large crack where u can see in. No true privacy. The resort itself was nice but room not as expected or worth the price.”

“The room was beautiful, great view of the pool and ocean. The pools were great, and open late which is so nice. We watched a dive-in movie with the kids. The smore's at night was super fun for the whole family. Having a market on-site to order a pizza late night was nice for dinner one night. Great hotel!!”

“Staff was not very friendly or helpful. Room was extremely small and shower had dead nats all over the ceiling. Would not recommend especially for the price.”

“Decent breakfast - same food every day but the staff was great to keep it replenished. During especially busy times, would be nice to have access to disinfecting wipes to clean off tables when staff hasn't been available to do it b/c they are filling food. Plenty of towels, sheets and blankets (although sheets for pull out bed were stained - ew). Beds and pillows were comfortable. $10 parking fee per day and $50 per day pet fee are ridiculous. Charge a refundable pet deposit for any damage……

“Location was ok the couch bed was disgusting we didn't even use it we didn't have any extra sheets or blankets for it, the kitchen area (sink) was nasty I tried to scrub it and that didn't help bathtub was dirty looking I won't stay at this place again”

“Room is old, bathtub is rusted, caulking around toilet was black. The room smells like no one lives in it for a while. While it rained, the water overflow to the door. The only pleasant thing was the staff was really nice and helpful. I don't think I will go back again unless they make some improvement”

“Perfect weekend getaway”

“This appears to be a former motel that is being transformed into suites. The room appears to have been two motel rooms. The door previously used for adjourning rooms has been replaced by french doors. One bathroom was replaced with a kitchen. However, there weren't any pots and pans, dishes, or utensils yet. There was a microwave that could be used. One bedroom had 2 queen beds and the other had a queen bed and a couch. The pool was closed. The location that looked like it was used for checking……

“This was a special celebration for 1st Cousins being reunited and celebrating a birthday. The villa was so beautiful and enjoyable. I would visit again.”
