"Room is average but more spacious than we thought. AC fan is loud. TV remote is sticky, it might not be wiped and cleaned for a while. Location is good but parking is a problem. Public parking lot charges less if you check out early. Reception people are indifferent and reluctant to introduce details about the hotel."
Inn at Middletown

"Lovely hotel. Pool was a nice perk. Tavern was out of an entree, a side, and several salads and only had 1 non-meat option for vegetarians. Parking for guests is 2 blocks away. Apparently the only staff at checkout was also the valet: that led to a big line at morning checkout. Pls hire another person to valet."

Comfort Inn & Suites East Hartford - Hartford

"We stayed here as quick stop in our 12 hours drive. I felt the room was adaquate with everything we needed. The beds were fairly comfortable. The room was clean. the breakfast was great, especially coming with the reservation. This appears to be an older hotel that has done a nice job trying to keep things up to date. ( I only say this because the bathtub/shower does say its age) But it certainly did the trick! I would definately stay here anytime!"

"I know there were mixed reviews about this establishment however it was very nice. I went with my mother for the weekend. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The parking at the hotel is $15/night. The Wifi is complimentary as well as the breakfast. It is maybe a 5 minute walk to Pratt District and other areas of downtown Hartford. The room was clean and comfortable. The room had a microwave and refrigerator which was nice. For those that are light sleepers you could hear people outside your room but it did not matter to me. I would stay here again."

"Room and bedding super clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Property was messy because of construction. Not great for walking your dog."
