“Cabin was very quaint, charming with a rustic feel and modern amenities. Focal point of the cabin was the wooden spiral staircase and the two stone fireplaces. ”

“This house was fantastic. We didn’t have the best weather this Memorial Day weekend but the house, pond and view made up for it. Jeremy stocked the house with everything we could possibly need including fresh eggs from the resident chickens, bacon, snacks and so much more. It was quiet and the bed was super comfortable. Our dog enjoyed watching the beautiful fish in the pond and visiting the chickens. We can’t wait to return!”

“Older cottage, but clean and freshened up with paint. Small, but had everything you needed, including fans in every room, books, games, kitchen ware. Beds were not that comfortable for the older folks, fine for the younger ones. Shared access to kayaks, canoe, and paddle boards was a huge plus! Beautiful spot on Lake St. Catherine, perfect for swimming and boating right from the yard. Two other cottages share the outdoors space and amenities (fire pit, grill, kayaks, swim docks, etc.). “This guest house was so well cared for, including the smallest of details. It overlooked beautiful Lake St. Catherine throughout the home, with comfortable outside chairs, table and magnificent lake views. We had the best night’s sleep in the master guest suite. The owner was so thoughtful, even left us the most delicious muffins to help celebrate my husbands’s 75th birthday. Lively lake cottage .”

“This camp had everything we needed. The docks were perfect for our two boats. Great location for a weekend of fishing. The walls upstairs are open at the top, which meant not much privacy while sleeping. Bring earplugs if you’re staying with noisy sleepers! ”

“We (adult couple) stayed at Andelyn Farm’s Hummingbird Cottage for a full week in July 2024. It is a comfortable and adorably-furnished antique cottage but we essentially lived on the spacious back porch which is furnished comfortably for reading, snoozing, playing board games and enjoying meals and overlooks the grounds (and is great for watching the hummingbirds visit their feeder). Andy and Lyn were the perfect hosts — responsive and helpful but unobtrusive. Only downsides or caveats: it is……

“Our family had a wonderful week at Camp Happy! Everything we needed was there. Outside, we spent the days using the SUPs, kayaks, Lily Pad float. We relaxed on the deck for countless hours, along with the other lounging areas. There was ample room at the docks for our boat rental and fishing. I do want to note that if old, the many steps from the house are steep. My 83 year old mom managed them fine, but we usually helped her. She really loved sitting up on the deck overseeing the activities……
