Riser height is more than 200 mm and is trip hazard. - Second floor corridor is very narrow and not much space left to walk as they sit a chair in front of each unit. - Overhang corridor railing is rusty , poor condition and wably. Will fail if anybody lean at railing. This is big safety hazards for the guest especially with kids. For safety reason , railing should withstand minimum 1KN/m load as per building code. Their clients live there and receive their mail there. Expedia should not be sending customers there particularly when it makes no mention of this on the Expedia site.
