"The location of the motel was perfect for spending the day at the beach. It was a simple 2 min walk to the water. The motel itself was very disappointing. It is very run down and in serious need of renovations. Our “suite” had two bedrooms with bunk beds in both. The beds were not comfortable. "The bed was very comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was substantial (scrambled eggs, sausage, yogurt, waffles, cereals, etc.) and tasty. The room was very clean and had a microwave and fridge. It's located across a highway from other hotels, but it's on its own on its side of the highway and it's close to the Martyrs' Shrine and downtown Midland. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again."
