Please post when doing major construction

This property was under total reconstruction which was not advertised. I booked the room online so i was not able to get a refund. I stayed and the room was not as what i had booked. I felt safe but not confortable.

Property was in beginning stages of renovation. The landscaping, exterior of buildings and parking lot all looked terrible and shabby. The tub in bathroom was dirty and linens looked very old. Not up to Wyndham usual standards.

There were no towels in the room. There was no water pressure in the sink faucet. There was no hot water in the room. I asked for towels n they took 1 bath towel n 1 face towel. The bath towel was filthy. They didnt have ice at the place either.

There was nothing that I liked about this entire property it was under construction when I arrived they refused to honor my reservation stating that I had to pay them a $100 cash deposit which I was not going to do so they refused to honor my rental and I did not stay there
