“this place was out in the middle of nowhere but was amazing. It was so quiet you could hear your ears ringing. the sky was clear and beautiful we saw shooting stars, the milky way and just beautiful night sky. if your in to books this is a place to explore. the owner had to have thousands of books and they were all well organized. some of the books were published in the early 1900’s. the host was very friendly and I am assuming that he put a lot of love into building this home. “This is by fair one of the nicest places we've ever stayed. Place is clean and everything is there that you need to just relax and enjoy your time. Beds are comfortable, plenty of space for 5 people to enjoy with room to spare. We will definitely be back! Property manager was also so friendly and helpful. Location so beautiful that pictures do not do it justice.”

“This cabin is in a wonderful location - private but right off the main road. The cabin is spacious, uniquely decorated and the AC works great! The oversized living room chairs were wonderful for our movie night. The cabin is a great size for two people. The property is quiet. ”

“We stay in the area regularly to visit family and we would definitely stay in this house again. The location was convenient for our needs. There were plenty of things to do at the house to keep everyone happy, even in January! One thing to note since I didn’t notice when booking, there aren’t tv’s in the bedrooms. The projector and couch in the basement was the preferred hangout space for our teens.”
