“The house was very, very nice. The description of house, amenities, and pictures are very accurately. The rental was very clean and we didn’t want for anything. The property POC provided the ultimate in customer service and was available if needed. Their communication was on point and they were quick to respond. “The house was even more beautiful and spacious than the pictures - very up to date, clean and well designed. We were extremely comfortable. The owners went above and beyond to ensure that everything you could possibly need was provided. “The house was great. Beds were comfortable and the place was well furnished. The location is great, adjacent to the Fan district and Carytown. Parking was never an issue with ample spaces on the street. There's a big open park a block away and the neighbor hood is great for a jog or a walk”

“It was fun to stay in a house that had historic charm but with fresh updates. The location worked great for us for the things we wanted to do in town. There was plenty of room to spread out. We appreciated how the upstairs bathroom was set up with the shower and toilet in a separate room from the double sink vanity. Essence was easy to communicate with and prompt when we needed new light bulbs for two side lamps that had burnt out bulbs. I would definitely stay here again!”

“This is a great, well appointed property in an easy to access location. The home was clean and neat, though we’d recommend fewer air fresheners as those aggravated some allergies. The front porch is great for morning coffee, and the quaint backyard was a lovely place for dinner. The home has everything you need; we’ll definitely consider staying again if we are in the area!”

精致、迷人的酒店，有家的氛围

"选择伯克利酒店入住10晚是正确的选择。酒店比较有年代感，不同于标准的商务型星级酒店，公共区域不大，很有家的氛围，与里士满这座历史名城风格很搭。Ms.Star非常友善，保持对客人的关注，在入住期间中有任何问题都能及时得到解答，并且随时准备着解决顾客的难题。预订了小套房，一晚后提出升级要求后及时换到了更加满意的阳台房，房型都很宽敞明亮，床品舒适，休闲工作区域设置合理。特别要提的是酒店的餐厅，我在那里尝试了午餐、晚餐和几乎所有10天的早餐（除了周一休息），餐厅餐品实际的色味远超出酒店门口的展示牌，与主厨的交流令人愉快，餐厅的服务也令人满意。酒店的位置可以便利的到达任何热门地点，步行可达河边和多个景点，如果不愿意走路，城市的公交系统运行高效并且免费，去到较远的short pump购物中心也十分方便。总之，非常愉快的一次入住，给你在家之外有家的感觉。今后去到里士满毫无疑问将继续入住伯克利酒店。"
