It took even longer to get someone on the phone but they were unable to get assistance for 3 hours. I was between the door and my car for 3.45 hours. The temperature was a cold 41 degrees This ruined what would have been a good stay.”

“We loved this campsite! Staff were welcoming and friendly, bungalow was clean and spacious with lovely views from the balcony. The site was lovely and peaceful in natural surroundings and beautiful scenery. River views from the pool area were just amazing. Pool area nice but we didnt get to use unfortunately. The private hot tub on the patio is a welcome amenity after a long day of sightseeing and port wine tasting. The view out the windows is pastoral and inviting. Its just a short distance from the town, but its not practical to walk anywhere from here so we recommend if you have a car or are happy to use rideshares.
