Letizia is superb! very attentive very clean linens, very clean air and great A/C, great suggestions provided by Letizia. Great location for a taste of Italian culture, and get to the center 20-30 min walk.

Small apartment in a great location. Down sides were a fair bit of street noise at night or very early in the morning and poor water pressure. However, our stay was otherwise comfortable and the host was very responsive and had many recommendations.

Host was very welcoming and left work I. Order to meet us kid-afternoon. Apartment was within walking distance of the historic downtown area of Milan as well as near a Meteo stop. Apartment small but clean and had everything we needed.

Dockside studio had everything we needed for a wonderful stay in Milan. The apartment is small but the sofa bed was really comfy and easy to put together, and the apartment had everything we needed. Communication and the check in process was easy. It was an easy walk to everything we wanted to see in Milan. Would stay there again.

Perfect Spot

Great location. A bit dated. Letizia was wonderful when we arrived as the heat wasn't working so she brought us a space heater and had it repaired by the following afternoon. The location is great with restaurants nearby and a lovely market by the river on Friday nights.

Highly recommend!

The pictures/listing is accurate. The beds were comfortable, the apartment super clean, easy checkin and a truly unbeatable neighborhood. Letizia was quick to respond, gave some awesome recommendations and was very accommodating. I will book again if I am back in Milan!

The pictures and description of the property are accurate. It's a clean and pleasant place to stay with an adequate kitchen and large bath area. Large windows in the living area open to allow plenty of sunshine and breezes; although there is a/c if you need it I would say the best reason to rent this studio is the host. Although she was on vacation herself while I stayed there, she still communicated and responded to all my questions immediately. I can't really speak to the neighborhood - it was August and a holiday weekend so many, many businesses were closed. But it did feel safe and walkable with lots of restaurants, a bakery/cafe, and a grocery nearby. I would definitely recommend this for 1 or 2 people.

Lovely apartment, great value. Pull out bed incredibly comfortable and AC was a delight as Milan was v. Hot this week. Lovely little bakery 2 mins from apartment where we got coffee and delicious pastries every morning. Great location for walking everywhere. Brilliant communication from host in the run up to arriving. We got instructions from our airport which was so helpful and put us at ease. Thanks again.

The host/ owner is very nice. She met us at the apartment, gave us a tour around and explained everything to us. She also gave us recommendations for what to do/ see/ eat in Milan. Considering VRBO charges a cleaning fee, the apartment really needs a deep cleaning. It did not feel clean at all. There were several used bars of soap in the shower, hair on the floor of the bathroom, and the mirror was not clean. There was virtually no water pressure either. And the washer takes a minimum of an hour to do a very small load. We were grateful for a washer to wash some laundry, but it took up a lot of time. The bed is a pull out that does not stay together. We were shown where there was an extra duvet, but it did not have a cover. There are also rules about separating garbage, but no bins or bags to do so. You’re given the option to bring it down to the court yard and separate it, or leave it for the host. I think the bins/ bags should be provided and labeled with what can go in them. We felt safe inside the apartment, but the streets around do not seem to be great. Maybe that’s just Milan, it was our first visit to the city. Location is a bit out of the way, but close to the canals. Only a 10 minute walk to the Metro. Overall, not a terrible stay, but I wouldn’t stay again or recommend unless they do a thorough cleaning.

A tiny gem almost in the center of Milan

Actually, it took me time in deciding on a four star or a five star rating on the rental property. The reason lies in that the property is smaller than the Vrbo website photos suggest. But finally, I decide to give it a five star for its convenient location and for being well equipped with things needed for stay. Letizia is a graceful lady who personally welcomed us one block of street before the rental property in case we may get lost. The place is well located and we actually walked to Milan Duomo. You may take metro to get to the rental place and to reach Milan Central station from the rental place. And you may take Tram Line 14 to reach Duomo.

Location was great. It met all the basic needs for my son and and my husband while they were on the last leg if their amazing Father/Son trip (AC Milan match!!). They were on a budget, so this was budget friendly for Milan. The communication with the host was excellent.

Letizia was an amazing host, check in was very swift and she was immensely helpful with informing us about the area. The location was great as well, public transport was nearby and we were able to take the metro all over Milan. Letizia’s recommendations were amazing!
