This hotel was extremely professional, clean, and very close to train station. It is an easy metro away from all the downtown attractions. The staff were very welcoming, and we even got some free proseco at their rooftop bar. They try to accomodate every travellers prefernces and needs. The breakfast was very diverse and filling, with options that connect to many different cultures from around the world. They had a gym and even paid laundry service, but we unfortunately didnt have time to use those facilities but it looked good. After some rough travel days and some other hotels that didnt have the same standard of amenities, it was very nice to show up to IQ and ve taoen care of the way they did.

Nice hotel with close proximity to the central railway station. SPA was not as nice as the one in Florence. Hot/cold shower in spa did not function. Floor is dangerously slippery when wet lead to a fall. Room was nice but shower temperature regulation was difficult to maintain. Seemed to run out of hot water. Overall nice but not as nice as Florence location.

The property itself is nice. But we were getting noise from a train/tram in the room until about midnight and from 6:00am that made sleeping very difficult. We were there for only one night. I will not go back.

Upon arrival, we were provided a map and an overview of the sights as well as options for getting there. The rooms a small, but clean and comfortable and the 6th floor lounge is a great place to grab a drink. Proximity to the train station is excellent and the hotel will hold your bags in a secure room before/after check-in. While you are there, make sure you check out the Mercado at the train station. It's an unbelievable array/display of food options.

Nice Hotel, Staff was very helpful. We landed early in the morning from NY and we’re exhausted, normal check in was at 2:00 but they were so nice and helpful they rushed a room for us and we were able to check in at 10:30 Room was small but super clean and modern. I recommend this hotel.

The best breakfast ever!! So close to train station and metro. The center of Ilan is 7 min from Metro but we walked it in 30 min. The staff was so nice and they held our bags for days while we went to visit Switzerland.
