Lovely place but a few points to be mindful of

Stunning room, nice people running it, high standard decor, great location. It’s a lovely place but this isn’t a hotel. It’s two rooms above a restaurant. In addition the address on Google is incorrect. When you type in the name it pulls up a location with room pricing as well so you think that’s definitely it. But instead it takes you to their restaurant 10 min up the street. There was no email sent ahead of time explaining this, and it cost us 45 extra minutes of round about travel dragging luggage down the street to get there (which was very frustrating and frankly unnecessary). Had there been some basic communication to explain they had two sites, it would have made arrival much easier. When we arrived the staff were very confused when I asked for “the hotel” and it took them time to work out I was their guest which was bizarre. It’s ABSOLUTELY a great place to stay if you don’t mind it not being a hotel. One of the best rooms I’ve stayed in for some time for the price.

Todo fue muy agradable, las habitaciones estaban muy bien equipadas y cuidadas en limpieza y decoración. El personal fue super amable todo el tiempo y muy atentos con lo que se llegara a necesitar.

Nicht nochmal!! Die Suite war wie auf den Bildern zu sehen eingerichtet, das Bad optisch ein kleines Highlight. Allerdings überwogen die negativen Aspekte. Die Unterkunft liegt zentral und direkt vor der Tür ist eine Metrostation. In der Umgebung sind viele Bars und Restaurants, was einen ordentlichen Geräuschpegel bis 3 Uhr nachts bedeutete. Ab ca. 6 Uhr folgten dann die Reinigung der Straße, Mullabfuhr und Leeren von Glascontainern. Insgesamt einfach unheimlich laut und an schlafen nicht zu denken. Die Unterkunft ist außerdem mehr eine Vermietung von Zimmer, als ein Hotel. Service nicht existent. Der Check-in erfolgt im hauseigenen Café. Die Dame war super unfreundlich und inkompetent. Daten von Personalausweis u. Co wurden per whats app fotografiert und weitergeleitet (wohin auch immer). Uns wurden keine Infos zum check out , Frühstückszeiten oder Ähnlichem gegeben. Am check-out Tag fragen wir nach einem late check out. Besagte unfreundliche Dame sagte es sei kein Problem. Eine Stunde später bekamen wir einen Anruf vom Reinigungspersonal, dass dies nicht möglich sei und sie den Schlüssel brauchen. ALs wir 20 min später in der Unterkunft ankamen, waren all unsere nicht gepackten Sachen vom Reinigungspersonal eingepackt und in den Flur gestellt worden. Absolut schockierend!! Das Zimmer war für all das auch absolut überteuert. Bitte spart euch das Geld !!

We were stolen in this hotel

The room was excelent but we were stolen inside the hotel. Ruined the rest od our trip to Italy.

두오모 성당과는 거리가 좀 멀지만 10 꼬르소꼬모 근처라 늘 사람들로 북적인다. 집 밖에 놀거리가 많아서 밀라노의 북적거리는 밤을 만끽하고 싶다면 추천하고 싶다.
