“DO NOT STAY HERE. We had booked two bedrooms and the one bedroom was not clean. The bed was not made and the towels were not changed and it smelled horrible in there. We had three people so we had to book a different place to stay for the night. We could not get in contact with the hotel after calling multiple times and communicating with hotels.com as well. They are not refunding us. ”

“I loved the modern aesthetic and spacious feel of the place. The location was in a cute little area. The room was very clean and well kept. Also, the whole process from start to finish was so easy and how they do the checkin, handle stuff during your stay all the way until after your stay is exceptional. I highly recommend checking out SoSuite all over the city. Recommend: checking out the add-on tabs too it is helpful when needing things to do as well as good parking deals!”

“Absolutely thrilled with my stay at The Archway. Spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated. Tall ceilings, spacious open floor plan. Numerous amenities. Plenty of towels. Quiet, safe and comfortable. Location was great.. in a very convenient area in the heart of Fishtown. The water is filtered which was very nice as we didn’t need to buy bottled. Pet friendly..brought our Ragdoll cat. The management was excellent! They were easily accessible via text and responded quickly. Would 100 %……

“Avoid this hotel at all costs. It is extremely overpriced for what it offers. The beds look like they belong in an abandoned hospital, and the towels are old and worn out. The soap dispenser was completely empty and covered in orange mold. The hotel also feels extremely unsafe. Anyone can walk into the building, and there is rarely anyone at the front desk. I tried to use the gym, but there was a couple engaging in very inappropriate and disgusting behavior, so I had to leave. This was by far……

“Little trouble getting in but host was responsive despite the late hour. I would have appreciated a more accurate description of the parking situation. Not only is there no parking on site, there is no parking anywhere close. The place is nice and roomy.”

“The check-in process is a major hassle to be honest. Too many protocols, uploading your ID, etc. etc. it’s pretty tedious. They also don’t provide a complementary late checkout even though the state is about a quarter of 1000 at least they are very strict about the checkout time as well and you have to pay an extra $64 just to stay an hour more. The bathroom had about 30+ nets and bugs in it which was pretty gross because they got in the shower as well. The layout of the units is actually very……
