“We had a very good stay at the Mercure Benidorm Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with a glass of cava at the reception, which was a lovely touch and made us feel immediately at home. The staff were friendly and professional, the atmosphere was relaxed, and everything was well organized. The room was comfortable and clean, and overall everything was nice and enjoyable. We would happily stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.”

“On arrival I was informed I had been upgraded. My room was very comfortable. The bed was fabulous, great pillows, very supportive which is rare in Spain. The bathroom was spotless which is what matters most but there were some stains on the wall near the desk that looked like all they needed was a magic eraser to clean them up.
