“The room was filthy with bugs in the bathroom, by the sink on the counter I had to clean it with Clorox before my grand daughter an I brushed and wash our face before going to bed. Then we go to take a shower it was horrible I had to use a hand towel to put in shower for both of us. As my granddaughter was stepping out of the shower there was a bug which I was able to get it and throw it outside. “Very poor cleaning prior to our stay. Floors had so many dead bugs and dirt that I just couldn't fathom why the owner would not have seen the dirty conditions. Paying 65 for "cleaning " fee? Clean sheets and towels are expected, but with a fee such as that, he really fell down on this part. I was very disappointed and would not rent again.”
