“We were scheduled to stay for two nites beginning 9/9/2026. However, upon entering the lobby, we were met with a very strong odor of mold/mildew, which continued down the hallways and into our rooms (2). “The cabin was lovely - very clean and cozy with the best view and sunsets! We enjoyed fishing off of the dock and exploring the lake in the canoe that was provided. Great location to serve as launch for hiking in Baxter State Park. We enjoyed pizza, beer, and mountain views from Knife Edge Brewing. They had great supplies and friendly staff at the Khatadin General Store in Millinocket. The cabin was just perfect for the 2 of us for a nice getaway.”

“I would absolutely stay here again. it was exactly what I needed. There are not extensive hotel options in the Millinocket Maine area. We just needed a clean and comfortable place to spend the night while driving between hikes. That means late arrival and early departures. We got exactly that.
