"This was our fourth time staying at this property - it's a family favorite and a magical place!"

"We drove for 10 hours straight arrived 3 hours before check-in and was allowed to check-in early and we weren't charged anything extra. A little on the pricey side for the middle of nowhere maine but we did have a hottub room. Extremely clean very nice staff. Honestly only complaint is covers were Extremely thin especially since it's in the 30s at night . Wonderful breakfast starting at 4am "

"Beautiful location on the lake with breath taking views. Stayed to attend wedding at NEOC and very convenient. Comfortable beds and everything you need with plenty of space. Would love to come back during summer!"

"This house was a cozy and comfortable stay near Baxter State Park. We stayed for two nights and were charmed by the high ceilings and the large dining area. It was clean, quiet and safe. So greatful to have laundry available after a long day in the park. Thank you for hosting us! "

"Loved the house and location but you really NEED to put a notification in the listing that the water from the faucet is not drinkable! It is pumped in from the lake. The only place that I found that told this, was in the booklet about the rules of the house. You did however supply a gallon of water in the frig. Thanks for that! I would have been prepared for no drinkable water if I had known in advance by bringing more water or my backpacking filter! There NEEDS to be a sign by the faucets saying nonpotable water! The house was fantastic, clean, well stocked and with awesome sunsets!! I hope to return again!"
