Clear your mind and relax in all that nature has to offer, welcome to Snow Goose, a bright open bungalow. Nestled among the evergreens and beach plums, just steps from the sandy dunes of Broadkill Beach. Two bedrooms and one bath, we have queen beds in each bedroom and a twin daybed in the main living area.


Broadkill Beach is located on the Delaware Bay, just north of Cape Henlopen and Lewes Beach. Broadkill offers public beach access for swimming, surf fishing, and boating and kayaking in the gentle waters. As a natural beach, there are no lifeguards. The community is surrounded by Prime Hook National Wildlife Refuge and Beach Plumb Island Nature Preserve, making it a haven for nature lovers and bird watchers and other wildlife. Broadkill Beach is an official sanctuary for horseshoe crabs, the state marine animal of Delaware and a "signature species" of the Delaware Bay Estuary. Truly a magical place.

Rehoboth Beach is approximately 20 minutes south of Broadkill Beach.
The only business located in Broadkill Beach is The Broadkill Store, a general store sometimes referred to by locals as the "Broadkill Mall," which sells sandwiches, grocery items, bait & tackle, beach toys, souvenirs and homemade donuts on the weekends.

Historic Milton offers shopping, dining and Night life. The Milton Theatre, restored local venue offers comedy, music and eclectic performances. Dogfish Head Brewery always has a party, tastings, mammoth grill always cooking something tasty.

Second time here - excellent place

We stayed here a few years ago and enjoyed it. This time was just as good. Description is accurate and instructions were clear and accurate. Good spot - very close to the beach and quiet.

This was our 2nd time staying at this property. It is clean, uncluttered and perfectly comfortable for a couple. Access to the beach is convenient. We love the 2PM check in time because so many other places set check in at 4PM.

April Beach Time

This is a great house - spacious, clean, and updated with a deck perfect for dogs to lay in the sun. Deck is gated so the pups can’t wander. Quiet neighborhood and beautiful beach.

The house was clean and up to date,short walk to the beach and on a very quite road. very convenient to Rohoboth,and golf.Had a great time and did rebook for next year.The only problem was the man eating Flyes on the beach,thanks to fly swatters,it keep it under control.

Relaxing Stay

My daughters and I had a relaxing getaway. The house is clean, bright and airy and the beach was very peaceful. It was nice having the big gated deck for our dog to run around. It was a very hot and buggy week though, so we did not get to enjoy the deck as much as we would have liked to.

Beautiful, peaceful, and serene property

Wow! Clean, comfortable, quiet, and access to the beach ... this property is first class at a great price. The house has a wonderful, huge deck. The interior is clean and comfortable. It had just enough space for me, my husband, and our doggie. The view out the front windows is spectacular and if it's a little chilly, it's an awesome spot to watch the sunrises. I have no complaints about the interior. We knew going in to take sheets and towels. Everything else is there including pots and pans, coffee pot, plates, and a gas grill outside (which is in great shape and easy to use). We had no issues while we were there. Check-in and out were easy. Terry was terrific and made sure we didn't have any questions and let us know to contacthim if we did. The walk to the beach is short. And the beach is so beautiful and quiet. This place is a gem and I only hope we're lucky enough to stay here again!!!

This is our 2nd summer staying at this beautiful beach house, and we hope to go again next year! Bring your food and drinks and there's no reason to leave. As a beach lover with a dog who loves the same, this place is a gem. Quiet beach, easy swimming, and beach access right from property. Something we didnt take advantage of last year but LOVED this year, was the ourdoor shower! Thank you Terry!

Best beach cottage ever

Third year we've stayed here and we absolutely love it!! Clean, comfy, and, convenient!! Terry is easy to deal with, responds quickly to questions, not that we have any because this cottage is terrific (the only question we have is can we rent again)! Hopeful to come back again next year!!

Great beach getaway!

It was a beautiful cottage with plenty of comfy spots to curl up, inside and out, with a dog friendly deck (w gates across the stairs). It was very comfortable.

Quiet getaway

This is our second time staying here and the house fits our needs perfectly. From the short walk to the beach or the close proximity to golf or Lewes for dinner. The house is starting to show its age but would not stop me from renting again. Power washing the house and getting a 5th chair for the table would go a long way. I would give the house a 10 out of 10
