Upon checkin front desk told me breakfast was extra even though I added during Expedia booking. Bar did not have ingredients to make Moscow mule. Restaurant did not have clam chowder and waited 15 minutes to inform us. Was at breakfast for restaurant at 6am. Server waited until 615 to tell us chef was not available and no hot breakfast was available today. It took another 15 minutes to bring out yogurt, bagels, and cereal. Wife had to ask several times for milk and plates. Sever rolled eyes and ignored first request. Wife had to go into kitchen and ask again. 640 am we gave up on breakfast and checked out very disappointed with service and staff responsiveness.

It was a a stay from hell . I was humiliated mocked and made a spectacle by a female employee calling herself manager after I asked for compensation when the water was out for 11 hrs . The female employees at the reception mocked me and I a single female felt unsafe . It all started on Monday during my check in when there was a small notice that water will be out for 4 hrs in Tuesdays . I went to work without water and hoped that when I come back the water will be back . I came back at 5 and there was no water . Since I booked through expedía I called then on Tuesday and informed them . No help or any information was provided by the hotel and I had to call twice to get any information about the water. Again I had booked for 4 nights and on Wednesday when I came back from work I went to the reception. They said they are offering 20 Percebt discount on the stay . Since I had booked through Expedia I had already paid full . The lady at the reception said they will honor it if I extend the stay . As I had been at a new job and was exhausted I said I will come back . She noted down my room no in a red log book fully visible to me and everyone else . The next day when I went to book the stay there was another receptionist . She was completely clueless and when I mentioned that check the red book still visible she just didn’t . Then the humiliation began . A very tall woman came in and said she is the manger . She just began talking rudely with me . Kept on repeating on phrase “ I a

The location—somewhat out-of-the-way—probably allows for lower prices than comparable accommodations located “where the action is.” Short drive to every kind of shopping. Our main complaint was lack of safety features in tub (no grab bars or rubber mat), no washcloths and no shower cap. But friendly, helpful staff and much quieter than many hotels. Convenient parking, too.
