Hotels near Mimurodo Station

"The lobby of the hotel is very artsy. Basic amenities are available such as toothbrush and toothpaste, razor, cotton swabs, pajama shirt, and my favorite, bath salt with various aromatic oils. They also give you two water bottles daily which ia nice. The sink of our bathroom didn't drain well but they fixed it right away. The shower head doean't want to stay in place. Facility does seem old and the heater was dusty. But overall it was comfortable staying here. About 6min walk to Karasuma line and 15min walk to Kyoto Station which wasn't bad. You can even walk to Fushimi Inari area (~25min walk) if you feel like. There is a small bar right across of the hotel and a ramen shop that seems to have a line most of the time. A cute bakery on the corner, Lawson is right there too. A tattoo friendly sento is 1 min walk as well, where all the locals seem to go. You can get the ticket to the bathhouse at the lobby and they will also lend you the bath kit as well."

"Great hotel"

"It’s oooh Kay. If you need a bed or two then you’re good. If you a space to chop a tomato, an onion than not so good. If you want to take a shower then you’re good. If you need space in the bathroom to put your cosmetics than not so good. It’s a just fine space and I guess it depends on where you’re coming from and how you live. Great lil neighborhood. I was quietly disappointed and on day two my 15 year just came out a said I hate this place. Not lamps or end table for our stuff, not counter space. She booked it I of course paid. We are from Manhattan so say what you will. We didn’t get some sort of deal… It’s safe and clean enough. And it’s walking distance to the bullet train. Ta- Da"

"Staff were lovely. Location good for day trips to Uji and Nara as well as Fushimi Inari Shrine. Room was abit stuffy, but otherwise clean and nice 💟 "
