My son and I booked accomodation. We got there and it was a bed and a couch. My son in 6'4" and left the double bed to me and slept on the short couch. We were looking forward to using the pool in the room. Holy hell, the bottom of the pool was covered in what looked like dead skin and only the saints know what the heck that stuff floating on the top was. We paid good money for that accomodation and were bitterly disappointed. Staff were helpful. Parking outside our room was taken up by other guests visitors and we had to park on the other side and walk our bags through the rain to the room. On checkout, we mentioned the state of the pool in the room that it was smelly and floating etc, we were greeted with a vacant and blank look on the staff faces. Won't be staying there again ... BUT ... that was my experience at that time of year on that day. I might have just run in to a bad patch, but geez ... REALLY?!!?
