“Check-in was smooth, although it was a busy day. Hotel facilities are fine, and heated pools are the highlight. We figured the wall-mounted heater wasn't working, but the room was naturally heated due to geothermal activities while the outside temperature was below 8 degrees Celsius. Breakfast was quite good and exceeded our expectations. Overall we can recommend the hotel for families travelling with young children, and it's a fair deal during the Easter break.”

“Receptionist manner could be better. Not feeling welcome at all! Especially in a tourist town. Other than that hotel is good, nice and clean. There’s a free private grotto hot pool, make sure you reserve a time for it. Good view, clean and spacious!”

“The host was incredibly friendly and thoughtful, which made check-in feel easy and reassuring. The room came with a small private courtyard and felt spacious and comfortable. What really stood out was the bathtub — after a long day of hiking, soaking in a hot bath was incredibly relaxing. The location is about a 10-minute walk to the town center and the lakeside, and overall the stay felt calm, comfortable, and truly relaxing.”
