“Unit faced the outside the property to local residential side, roosters crowing, dogs barking throughout the day and night. Overall property is very nice with rooftop views and nice atrium at entrance, with seating to relax. ”

“This is a beautifully furnished house right on the water. There are steps that lead into the water! A public beach is just 5 minutes up the road. Josephine, the property manager, was fantastic. She helped arrange dinner for us who were arriving much later than expected.”

“Pros :This is a great condo and the location is amazing. Next to Ayala, near SM and across the street from Gaisano. Enjoy a morning dip in the pool and then walk to laundry or malls and the smaller part of town too. Hotel staff are amazingly friendly also. The pool is wonderful and very safe for kids but CLOSED ON TUESDAYS! Nice size bathroom and living room. Cons : the bedroom has closet space but is a little small. We had no hot water but decided to just accept it as is. And any customer...
