The staff was very friendly, they can speak english fluently so there was no issues with communication. Was checked in and shown around the hostel by May, who was very kind and helpful. The area this hostel is located in is also very nice. Perfect location if you’re planning on doing paragliding with sky-asagiri, bus station only 2 mins away!!

A very peaceful stay near the shrine in Fujinomiya. It was nice to have a genuine tatami room sleep. If you are a big party this could be a really great place to book all rooms. If you have accessible needs, I will say there are a number of non-uniform stair cases, unexpected changes and dropoffs throughout, but in my opinion this is to be expected in an old building like this. If the accessibility notes aren’t a concern I would recommend this place to get a taste of quiet and more traditional Japan.

非常に気きれいで静かなホテルです。コンテナハウスの面白い作りになってますが、 普通のホテルと変わりない部屋ですね。 駐車場も目の前にあり安心です。 ただ周りに歩いて行ける飲食店が少ないです。

Clean, nice and friendly! So far this hotel was the best place we’ve been! The location was right next to the sea, with a nice view from the hotel. And we really enjoyed the modern design of the room and their restaurant! Plus their staff were very friendly and helpful! We were driving there, they guided us and provided free parking for our stays. We highly recommend this place for all young couples and families!
