Great base for the region

Great hotel, no frills like most average priced hotels in Europe. I don’t come to Europe for the hotels, I come to see, enjoy, explore and experience.

This is a lovely hotel with great staff and a fantastic breakfast. Centrally located in Arcachon.

This is a beautiful well kept property with extraordinary hospitality extended by the Proprietor Alain and his wife and son and staff. They offer a very traditional French experience, from the accommodation to the aperitif to the petit dejeuner. It was magnificent and we cannot wait to visit again. We wouldn't change a thing about this hotel or this visit!

This "apartment hotel" is the newest and most modern in Arcachon. The location right at the central Plaza is excellent, with shops and restaurants all around. The beach is only 2 short blocks away. It is apartment-style, meaning there is no room service or typical hotel services. The staff is very friendly and happy to give advice. The hotel and shuttle staff went above and beyond to help me with a difficult situation. I cannot praise them highly enough!

Villas Foch is a boutique hotel located a few blocks from all the action in Bordeaux. The hotel itself is very clean and very smartly appointed. The rooms have been furnished with comfort in mind. We booked a “cozy” room because we didn’t plan to spend much time in the hotel. We normally book larger rooms. But the room was great and very comfortable. Great hotel for solo travelers. Good location for walking everywhere. Very friendly staff. Modern room with great design, Short walk to the tram for easy access to the train station.

When you think French beautiful countryside hotel, this is it. Our bedroom was in a remodeled barn with a small lake on one side and a vineyard on the other. The products in the bathroom are wonderful. The food is amazing. Lovely breakfast, delicious informal dining in the bistro and top quality dinner in the gastronomic restaurant. Truly deserving of their two Michelin stars.

Everything was wonderful at this hotel. It started with amazing and friendly stafff at check-in, during the stay and checking out. We had to leave super early to the train station so they had us check out the night before to save time and helped us reserve a taxi to the train station. The hotel was in a great location and the room was clean and updated. Parking was easy as well. The staff was helpful and spoke English. It was easy to walk everywhere from the hotel.
