Beautiful well-outfitted home with great beach toys!

Beautiful home and great location!! We loved the big open area for games and hanging out We really loved the golf carts - so fun for running around Tons of kitchen utensils and gadgets - so helpful to be well outfitted for cooking! Keurig and full coffee pot depending on how much you need was great to have. Outdoor beach closet had SO MUCH fun stuff!!Very comfy beds, large closets and lots of dressers to unpack and get organized easily. Quick response times - especially on arrival when electric lock wasn't working bc of lightning. The grill out back was great - we loved the flat cooking surface and the propane was well stocked. I don’t have little ones anymore, but there was great stuff I would have loved when they were small like a pack-n-play and kid beach toys.

Excellence location for Families!

We stayed here with 6 adults and 2 children (4/8) and found this house to be very well maintained and extremely convenient, especially with the 2 golf carts. Easy beach access as well as to the activities and restaurants at Baytown Wharf. Property managers were excellent to work which and communicate with you quickly. We would definitely come back and stay at this location again!

Destin vacation

We had a wonderful stay in your beautiful home. It had absolutely everything we could need and was in a nice quiet location. We loved spending time on the lovely front porch with our kiddos. We would love to stay again in the future!

Had a great vacation

This was our first time staying in sandestin. No need for a vehicle as long as you have golf carts. Everything is accessible by golf cart. House was good with plenty of amenities. The counter top ice maker was a huge hit! Would definitely stay here again!

Best Bungalo Ever

This Bungalo was the cleanest we have had in 6 years. The only problem was lack of driveway space for 2 vehicles and the golf cart.

Great Location

Great location. Take golf carts to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Very nice neighborhood. Great for walks and golf cart rides. Home was clean, but needs a little TLC. Carpets were stained. Make sure and bring paper towels and toilet paper. They give you a small initial supply. 5th bed is an air mattress that did not stay inflated. I recommend this home. Property Manager was very helpful.

Just okay

This stay was just okay. We’ve been to sandestin several consecutive years now, and this was our least favorite stay. The neighborhood itself is great (we’ve stayed in this neighborhood before at a different Bungalo), but this specific property backs up to a busy road so you can hear traffic pretty much all hours of the day. Cannot really enjoy the back patio due to the traffic noise and the front porch didn’t have ample seating. Would have been nice to have more chairs, and more comfortable chairs, on the front porch. This is obviously an issue out of control of property managers. However- the rental itself was not cleaned well. Had to go through home and clean sticky cup rings off of end tables throughout the property when we got there. The kitchen floor was sticky and we had to mop it. The furniture/rug in living room needs to be deep cleaned or replaced. The carpet needs a deep clean or replaced throughout. We found several tacks (yes sharp tacks) on the ground which was really a safety hazard with toddlers. Last but definitely not least- the 2nd golf cart that we paid extra to rent was not functional basically the whole stay. I read a review on this site about 1-2 weeks prior to our arrival that said the something to the same effect. When I called and spoke with someone about this I was reassured it was related to “user error” and that it was not properly plugged into a power source in between uses. However, we faithfully plugged in and even had someone come out and change the battery- to no avail. This golf cart continued to malfunction and would essentially die in the middle of driving it. Another huge safety hazard with toddlers on board and at nighttime. I did put in a notification about this with the company’s vacation app and have not heard back yet. Overall- considering the price that was paid for this vacation rental- not worth it and would absolutely not stay again.

We Loved the small community of Beach themed houses!!

We had an awesome time!! The house was super clean and decorated with a beach theme, we loved riding the golf cart around the resort, pool, out to eat, grocery store etc. My dog even met a friend in the neighborhood that she fell in love with! Too cool ✌ Thanks for a good time :) We hope to return next year!

Sandestin House

Overall the house is ok. There are a few minor thing that would help, carpet (den rug ) needs to be cleaned or replaced, ice maker does not make near enough ice, we didn’t use grill it was dirty and no gas, fireplace doesn’t work. We are not use to being that close to a busy public road. The house is in a good location, nice golf cart community but it was too cold to use cart !

Great place for families in San Destin

A family of 5 with two teen daughters and a friend. The house was extremely nice and clean. The decor was nice and we loved having two separate living areas. The pool is a very close to the property and we used the golf cart the entire time for travel around the resort. We would highly recommend this home for families.

Great staff !!!!!

Family with 4 boys 14-19 and we had a fantastic time !!!!! Regarding the road noise basically it was a non factor for us, heard maybe 3 or 4 loud vehicles the whole time we were there. The staff is SUPER SUPER SUPER responsive as we did have a few flukey little hiccups during our stay and somebody would show up within 15 minutes to assist. Would definitely stay at this bungalow again !!!!!

Spring Break 2020

This property was perfect. The space is perfect and with the split floor plan of 2 tv rooms and 2 king bedrooms with private baths makes it ideal for any family or friends. Neighbors that reside there are very friendly and of course the golf cart was great! We love San Destin and come every year. We found our home away from home when we come back! Thank you for helping make our stay so welcoming and comfortable. We have made forever memories!

We will be back

This was the best vacation and we will definitely be back. Everything was close and easily accessed by golf cart. We had some rain come through and the roof leaked a bit but the Property management was on top of it. We loved this Bungalo it was perfect for the 9 of us. It was within walking distance of the pool and just a 10min ride to the beach(by golf cart). Shopping, activities everything was close.

Wonderful Retreat

The property was “top shelf.” I could have not asked for any place better. We love the home, the neighborhood and the fact we could drive in the golf cart anywhere on the property that we needed to go. This included the beach, the Grand Hotel, places to eat, and their shopping center.

Pleasant Stay

We had a rough start, expecting two golf carts and there was only one. If we had known earlier, we would have planned transportation better. A simple “heads up” would have been nice. Other than that, the place was exactly what we expected. It was very nice and clean and was equipped with everything we needed. I cooked a lot and every cooking tool was provided. Plenty of linens, and very nice, fresh bedding. The house is at the very back of SanDestin and you can hear traffic a lot of the time. If you’re a light sleeper, it may bother you. We brought 8 people and there were beds for all of us. I would recommend this property!
