If snorkeling is on your vacation list, be sure to check out Dolphin Reef 🐠 Located just offshore from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access near Pompano Joe’s, this artificial reef has become a great spot to experience local marine life. The reef sits in approximately 12–20 feet of water, and we strongly recommend using a kayak, paddleboard, or another flotation device when visiting, as sea conditions can change quickly 🌊

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

When you book our beautiful beach townhouse at Gulf Walk, you’ll receive a keyless entry code for easy self-check-in 🔑 Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles at the home, with additional parking near the complex entrance based on availability.

The Gulf Walk complex is just steps from the stunning emerald waters and white sand beaches of Miramar Beach 🏖️ To make your beach days even easier, we provide a complimentary beach wagon, umbrella, and chairs — a great added value for your stay.

As our guest, you’ll also enjoy full access to the shared sparkling pool, conveniently located just outside our back patio 💦

Our villa is pet-friendly too 🐾, so you don’t have to leave your furry family members behind. A $150 pet fee applies for up to two pets.

If you enjoy cooking while on vacation, you’ll love our fully stocked kitchen 🍳 It features stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, plus a toaster, blender, coffee maker, and plenty of pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. You’ll have everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals at home.

Dining:
There’s plenty of room for everyone to gather around the large family-style dining table, along with additional seating at the breakfast bar. You can also enjoy your morning coffee or a quiet moment outside on the second-floor balcony or ground-level patio ☕

Living Room:
The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating for your whole group, along with a 65-inch Roku TV for movie nights and streaming your favorite shows 📺 The space opens to the covered patio with a lovely courtyard and pool view. You’ll also find a game console, a full poker set, and board games for a fun family game night 🎮♠️

Bedroom 1 – King Bedroom:
Features a king-size bed and access to a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a soaking tub. Sleeps 2 guests.

Bedroom 2 – Queen Bunk Room:
Includes a queen-over-queen bunk bed and access to the shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom with soaking tub. Sleeps 4 guests.

Bedroom 3 – Master Bedroom:
The spacious primary bedroom features a king-size bed, a queen-over-queen bunk bed, and a private en suite full bathroom. This room sleeps 4 guests, and a baby crib is also available in the large primary closet 👶

Start your morning with a fresh cup of coffee on the private covered patio or the second-floor balcony while enjoying peaceful pool views 🌴 Our back patio overlooks the shared Gulf Walk pool, making it easy to relax while keeping an eye on the fun.
