“Although the facilities are acceptable, my overall experience was mixed. While the rest of the staff was very nice, helpful, and accommodating, we had a major issue with one specific female staff member. Upon arrival, she was quite rude and flatly refused to answer basic questions about our reservation, stating that she would not assist us until 3:00 PM. When we returned at that time and expressed our frustration regarding her treatment to another staff member, she finally apologized; however,……

“Pros: upstairs shared area is incredible. Comfy couches, picnic tables and beautiful views. Beds were comfortable. Shower was great with hot water. Location is near some great restaurants in walking distance. Cons: the walls are thin and the wind rattled all the doors in our room. ”

Room poorly situated for travelers - no shelves, no bedside tables, no lamps, no place in bathroom at ALL - zero counter or shelves, except a tiny plastic on in corner that couldn’t really hold anything. For a triple room, three people’s items have to go SOMEWHERE.
