“Boquete Cloud Forest Lodge is one of the most beautiful places on earth! The owner is one of the most fascinating people you’ll ever meet, and we enjoyed our meals with him. The two gentlemen who operate the lodge are amazing. The cabins are stunning, right out of an architecture magazine! Our family slept soundly, and the views of the volcano and surrounding clouded forest was breathtaking. “El concepto del lugar me parece bueno, sin embargo hay varias cosas que mejorar. Empecemos con lo bueno. El personal fue atento, el ambiente agradable y todo muy limpio. La habitación cómoda y amplia. La terraza con vista al jardín y con un acceso directo al restaurante muy bueno. Y el desayuno estuvo muy bien. Dónde siento se debe mejorar es en algo básico pero importante en un lugar como boquete donde el agua que sale de la ducha es fría. Y eso es el agua caliente, el cual no funcionó para……

“While the grounds, rooms, and majority of the staff were wonderful, we had a very poor experience at this hotel. Our power went out twice, once for 14 hours during our stay. We were not able to have showers, lights, or use any of the facilities in your room. I told the manager, Abel, about this issue and he did. Unterkunft/Zimmer: Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an der Straße, jedoch hört man auf dem Zimmer, welches sich im Garten befindet, nichts. Das Zimmer war großzügig geschnitten, jedoch eher schlicht eingerichtet und etwas dunkel. Der Balkon mit Sitzmöglichkeit bietet einen schönen Blick auf den Garten und die umliegenden Berge. “Location was nice, convenient to catch local buses and tours and restaurants. Rooftop patio beautiful but it gets locked at night so you can't watch the stars. Water is hot, beds comfy, room was a good size. Noise travels, bring earplugs if light sleeper. No general place to check in with person, so need to read the signs on wall to be able to get wifi and message to checkin. Easy to miss when you are exhausted after travel. But owners very lovely and helpful with ideas on what to do.”
