The hotel is so well located, right in the heart of mirissa and with direct access to the beach. We would spend our days in the ocean and come right back to our room to change. We spent our evenings enjoying the sunset from the beachfront restaurant.

Another wonderful stay!

We returned for our 4 day Mirissa trip and stayed at Central Beach. The hospitality, atmosphere and comfort was wonderful during our last stay and once again, met our expectations. The restaurant has really good food, variety, fresh seafood, and kind, helpful staff. This hotel has a beautiful beachside location, is a walkable distance to stores, restaurants, a doctor and gift shops. We are definitely going to be repeat visitors.

Great beach location, room upkeep needed

This is a good hotel situated right on the beach. The room had all the basic essentials. We stayed in a budget room. The walls were full of stains and the mosquito net smelled like it hadn't been washed in months. Budget should not mean the room is not maintained. We stayed 5 nights. The food was delicious, a bit overpriced for the serving size but we enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant. Over all, a pleasant stay, helpful and friendly staff. I wish I could give a higher rating, but there was no reason to walls of such a nice hotel should be in that bad condition.

Good view great location

We stayed in the ocean view room. The room was nice and the view was amazing. The staff was good. There is no daily house keeping, which was fine for us, they did ask of we needed any new towels or toilet paper. The location was great and overall it was a good experience. The food wasn’t the best. Also the music was super loud every night. We were able to sleep through it since we were exhausted, but it is something to be aware of. The other thing that really bummed us out was they had an adorable golden retriever locked in a cage and we only saw him out once in our multi day stay…why have the dog? Definitely made us sad to see him in there every day.

Staff was attentive and very friendly. The beach is about a 20 second walk from the rooms. Overall everything was clean and well thought-out, will stay again in the future.

Beautiful location right on the beach and centrally located close to many good restaurants. Helpful staff and comfortable rooms. Drawbacks were poor water pressure in the shower, and a very other than a couple of friendly staff, the rest of them were young and awkward to deal with.

Great location, if you can stomach the night noise

We stayed in one of their small cabins nearer to the beach, we couldn’t fault the location as it’s virtually on the beach, and close to the road with cafes/restaurants… but one thing to note, it’s LOUD, every night we had music playing in the beach bars until the late morning hours - up until 5am in some cases.

A/C not working.too much noise comes into the rooms at the front,so much that I didn’t sleep, felt like I was surfing all night the noise from the sea and then there’s the music from the various bars still pumping out past 4 am Great for vampires but others who sleep take note

Good Hotel Overall, But Could Be Cleaner

Overall, the hotel was good. The staff was extremely friendly. We were late for our check-in and felt really bad about it, but the woman at check-in was totally understanding. Also, I had my clothes laundered while here, and that went incredibly smoothly. The rooms were a bit rundown, and the bathroom could have definitely been cleaner. (There was a massive wad of hair in the center of the bathroom when we arrived, so I am not sure how that was missed.) Also, the decorative throw pillows were gross and stained. I wish hotels would just do away with these pillows altogether. The location is great! It is in a lively area of Mirissa.

God price, great location

Stayed for 4 nights, first two in a budget room, that was a little to basic for us. Bathroom had ventilation where mosqitos got in and you couldn’t air con that space. Last two nights in a standard room, a lot better then the budget room. Reception was only opened during day, but the seemed to live upstairs so you could get a good of them anyway. Very helpful staff

Felt a bit cat-fished by the advertised photos, the rooms in the pictures were clearly not the ones we were given (I think they have delux rooms with own private balcony) communal areas were very clean and excellent central location.

Riktigt bra boende med gratis vatten

Riktigt fint boende precis vid stranden. Gratis vatten, vilket var ett stort plus. Finns ett fruktstånd precis bredvid hotellet också så man kan lätt kan köpa sig en papaya. Något stökigt på natten, men inte alls så farligt. ACn funkade perfekt.
