Aggressive manager who appeared at my door shortly after check-in to discuss ‘things’ and proceeded to engage me in a strange and circular conversation which included questioning my English language skills (?). WiFi, needed for an urgent and specific request, not working, with no attempts to address or fix this. Rooms have no glass windows so it’s very dark unless you open the door to everyone - makes the AC redundant as a result.
