I stay at the suites (Luxury Condo), which is very comfortable and have more space for us to spend, just like at home, everything seems very good. Good service, only one thing that we are not that happy is the suites building is a bit far away from the main building. And the swimming pool, food court, spa….etc are all in the main building, we need to take the golf cart to the main building, which is a little bit inconvenient for us. Other than that, everything is okay for us. I would recommend this resort to my friends, and next time, I would still stay in this hotel.

Bel hotel, le personnel est très gentil et sympathique. En revanche, la chambre est un peu vetuste, la douche ne coule pas beaucoup. Les repas du tiki ne sont pas top.

We have stayed at the Perry Hotel many times. I love the modern touch of the hotel, with extremely clean rooms and a well maintained pool. The staff are extremely friendly and always provide great service especially Jessica who serves poolside. Jessica is always on point with maintaining the pool area, taking food orders and drink orders. If Jessica isn’t working I do notice that the pool area can lack cleanliness due to drinks cups, old towels and trash laying around. The food is always really good by the pool. I do wish the hotel had a gym for when we stay for staycations. Overall we have had great experiences staying here. The rooftop restaurant is a great touch with a really great menu and a great view. We have stayed only as adults and with our ten year old, so it is kid friendly.

We love staying at Tween Waters on Captiva Island! We have stayed here several times. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the view of the bay from our room! We met friends here and we all had fun over the 4th of July. It is so nice to enjoy the pool, the beach and restaurants at Tween Waters but what we love the most is being able to go boating while we are there. We usually bring our own boat but this time our friends brought their boats. It is nice to be able to enjoy boating and using the boat docks along with all the great amenities that Tween Waters offers!

I would recommend it to all my friends that would be traveling to Florida it’s been great every time I stayed at landing condo never had any problems at all it’s was what they said it be clean friendly excellent place
