We were greeted with a glass of Prosecco while everything about the hotel and our stay was explained in detail - a wonderful and relaxing start to our vacation. We had booked half board, and to our surprise, we were invited to enjoy the lunch buffet immediately after our arrival. It was the perfect way to satisfy our hunger before heading to the spa. “A dicembre, acqua per la doccia appena tiepida, alcune volte fredda. Temperatura della camera non regolabile autonomamente. Oltre i 20 gradi non andava (se una persona è freddolosa o non sta bene, meglio tenere il giubbotto addosso anche in camera). Nonostante avessimo la camera prenotata, non è stato possibile cenare in hotel, bisognava avvisare prima! Signora anziana alla reception molto poco gentile e disponibile.”
