Was a great option for a quick get away. My only complaint would be dogs barking in the wee joes of the morning, in a near room, but that was the occupants of that rooms fault not the hotel.

The staff were great at check in. They offered helpful tips for the area, especially where to find huckleberry milkshakes, etc. A Cracker Barrel is next door for a convenient meal. Bed was comfortable, room spotlessly clean, and we were pleased with the full size refrigerator. Full length mirror was in a good location too.

The room on the first floor is for pet owners/ handicapped and included a fridge and stove to use. Unfortunately, it had no pots and pans to cook so we never used it. So if you get the room 105 it has a kitchen and if you want you can cook your meals. I didn’t like the blind couldn’t be opened that often because we’re on the ground floor. Overall it’s ok it was a weekend trip to Montana.

The staff is truly excellent. The place is clean. The beds are comfortable. Parking is easy. While not in town, everything in Missoula was within about an 10-minute drive. And access to the freeway made getting around easy. All of this made for a perfectly fine one-week stay. Do be aware that the kitchenette is not equipped with dishes, pots and pans, or utensils. It took us a minute to figure out the remote wines for the cable box but not the tv. And the bottom piece to the blind chain mechanism had been installed backward. But these were all minor inconveniences compared to the pluses and overall value of our stay.

The girl with purple hair and rings in her face “working” at the front desk could not have been any ruder. Made for a very unpleasant arrival. She just leaves the “assisting another customer” sign out on the front desk while she hides in the back room. I waited out front for at least 10 minutes until she emerged. Then when I got to my room I am convinced it was never even cleaned. Crap in the toilet and a spider in the sink. Do not recommend. Stay elsewhere.
