Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Herdplatte, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Föhn etc. Die Lage ist sehr gut, gute Verbindungen mit der Bahn (Hatsudai Sta.) 5min mit Keio New Line bis Shinjuku Sta. Sehr zentral gelegen und trotzdem schön ruhig. Check In und Check Out waren unkompliziert. ”

“這次旅程為了去吉祥寺和池袋、東京巨蛋等地方，選了走路到中央總武線大久保站4分鐘、到山手線新大久保站8分鐘的這間民宿，交通上非常便利。鄰近的韓國街除了美味的韓國烤肉還有各國料理，到晚上十點還是非常熱鬧，晚點抵達不怕餓肚子。旅館報到時間從15:00-21:00很寬裕，櫃檯英文很好，態度友善使人安心。我們住了四晚，第三天有提供清潔服務。”

“This is a great option for solo or lightly-travelling couples. A single room with literally all the amenities you need is a rare find for the price this was at and in a fairly central location too. The owner is almost always available for communication and will help with practically everything they can. There might be just a few too many helpful messages, but I would accept that over a manager who never responds. The right area to be in a party district, but not too close that you have to fight……

“This is a great property. The location is ideal…1 stop from Shinjuku, 4 from Shibuya on the Yamanote line. Sean is a great host…incredibly responsive and communicative. There are two things I wish I’d known before booking. I probably would have booked anyway but a consideration. This is a first floor/basement apartment. That’s great when you’re hauling luggage but less great when the bedroom window (directly above the bed) faces the street. It’s a fairly quiet street but on a Saturday night it……

“the room is nice and clean. kitchen is awesome, washing machines is awesome, iron is awesome, ac is awesome. i would book the room here if i visit Tokyo again! but the thing i want to said is: pls make the room on the 1st floor look more obvious so to let other guests know that there’s a room out there. 2) the slippers would stick on ur feet if u r not wearing ur socks/ when ur feet were wet.”

“Had a fantastic stay here! The location is super convenient — plenty of good food options just around the area, from quick bites to proper meals. It’s also within easy walking distance to the train station, so getting around Tokyo was very smooth for us. Room was clean, comfortable, spacious, and the whole place felt welcoming. Overall, a really solid and enjoyable stay. Would definitely come back again!”

“Nice facility with elevator. The AC was good helped with this heat. Kitchen is lacking frying pan and cooking utensils. Bathroom is big and has washing machine. Unit is very convenient to shopping and restaurants…and close to everything. We would definitely stay here again. We had a late flight and owner allowed us to check out at noon. ”
