“A smaller hotel but with provided a great experience. The staff were outstanding from reception to the bar. The rooms were very cool (we had a family room) and large, clean and very well appointed. The restaurant always looked good with many options enough to satisfy kids too. The kids also loved the pool & table tennis games room. The Dive centre in the hotel was also excellent and one of the reasons we chose this hotel. It all worked well. Just over an hour from the airport but plenty stuff……

“The location is great and the accommodation is generally good. We had to get the taps fixed and get the weighing scales working. Our real problem was the food - not interesting, not well prepared. In a place like that, food is very important. Also, we informed the hotel two months before we went that there would be 3 people and not 4, but the hotel didn't reply, didn't pay any attention, and have refused to refund the cost of the fourth person. When we were there they promised to do something……

“This is a very runned down property.The room we stayed in needs major refurbishments. The wall in the bedroom it’s full of mould as well as the grouting on the bathroom walls and you notice the strong smell of it as soon as you walk in. Housekeeping only changed our bed once, in 8 nights and we always need to ask for clean towels.Breakfast is very basic, I’ve brought in my own fruit several times. Didn’t dare to go in the swimming pool, it looked very dirty with strange things floating, like……
