Located perfectly in Moab to appreciate the natural wonders that surround it. If they'll have us back we are definitely gonna use this wonderful base for our future adventures in the Moab.

The house was perfect location for everything we had planned to do in Moab! The house has a beautiful view that makes it all the more worth while. The one bedroom has the most amazing views right from your bed! Any questions I had leading up to our trip and during our trip we're answered promptly. If we ever make it to Moab again, I hope we will be able to stay here again.

Moab Family Trip

This was a wonderful property for our 3 couple and 1 child family trip. It was spacious, clean, in a wonderful location just out of town, and offered beautiful views. We really enjoyed the outdoor patios.

We loved it!

What a beautiful view and excellent location for enjoying Moab and Arches! It was quiet and peaceful with easy access to all of the amazing activities in the area. The space was clean with a lovely patio area to enjoy while eating meals. Highly recommend.

Great place for active vacation in Moab!

We had a phenomenal time and really appreciated this location. It was well equipped and clean. I only gave 4 stars for cleanliness because of the lack of dishwasher. Amazing views and nice bike storage. Communications were easy with owner. Thank you for a wonderful vacation !

Perfect family retreat

This house on Overlook Road has great views of Moab Valley and the La Sal mountains to the east. It’s a perfect family hangout and central to everything around Moab. The house is clean and quiet. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Moab Bike Retreat

3 buddies and I met in Moab for a bucket list mountain bike trip and vacation. Sunnie's VRBO on Overlook worked great for the 4 of us. Although there are only 3 bedrooms one my buddies took the couch and was very comfortable. The views from this home were awesome and it was close to all that Moab has to offer. I will stay there again if I'm ever in Moab in the future.

Girl's Weekend

3 of us met halfway to enjoy each others company, the house accommodated us perfectly. We visited the National and State Parks and spent the evenings on the deck enjoying the view from the Overlook Abode. Thanks for a wonderful weekend!

Awesome views out every window!

Enjoyed our stay at Moab Valley three bedroom home. Had everything we needed. Sunrise and sunsets from the two patios. We were close enough to town for us and 15 minutes to Arches. Canyonland was 45 minutes to the entrance gate. Would stay again if passing through this way.

The place was very Clean good location. My only complaint was the Air Conditioning the lower bedroom was very hot they said to leave a window open so the cold air would go in the room BUT the screen had a big gap so bugs could get in.

A few days to visit national parks

The location of the property was excellent. Plenty of room. We loved both porches. The views were great. Most of the house was clean and tidy. Except for the one downstairs bedroom, the comforter was full of dust, and the sheets did not smell fresh at all. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and I would definitely come again

Amazing views, quiet, comfortable, truly a gem

Amazing views out of every window. Two comfortable porches that expand the living area. A well-stocked kitchen, incredibly comfortable beds with top of the line linens, plush towels, strong wifi, close to so much but apart from crowds. Thoughtful touches not always present in other rentals: plenty of basic supplies, ice in the freezer, essential spices. It felt like home. What a terrific host spices. And terrific communication.

Hospitable Experience

We enjoyed the property. Great location. Pretty views. Well appointed. Responsive manager. Only issue was the swamp cooler. Didn’t adequately cool 2 of the 3 bedrooms. Fortunately the downstairs one was cool. Everything super clean. Thank you.

Nice location but….

While the location was close to the national parks we were visiting, the accommodations were in need of some attention. White chairs in the king bedroom were badly stained along with the curtains. The awning outside the window was torn and hanging pieces of fabric were left to flap in the breeze. The porch furniture was coming apart and we were careful when we sat out there. There were six of us staying in the three bedrooms which was a plus but the kitchen table only accommodated four people so two of us had to stand in the mornings when we drank our coffee. The kitchen was well appointed even though it was dated. Towels and sheets were clean and fresh however a few need to be rotated out of circulation. All in all, the location was convenient but the accommodations could not compete with other vrbo’s we stayed in during the same trip.

Good location, above city lights so all stars were visible and minimal road noise. Beds were very comfortable. The two outdoor patios were great so we could either be in the sun or shade any time. We highly recommend this 3 bedroom if you want space or not.
