Planned a week away to Moab. I looked and chose the Bedt Western based on price, breakfast and the need for a hot tub. I had a wrist injury I needed therapy on.. thus the hot tub!! I even asked when I booked it if it was open! But when we got there they said it was closed for repairs… and the information I got about the tub being opened came from Expedia… and that is not reliable info!!!!??? Was there 7 nights and never reopened. Other things of BW were good!

We rented a balcony room. It was more like opening a door onto a busy street. No balcony! Very noisy and no one warned us. No working ice machine. We went to the front desk for ice and could not find anyone for at least 10 minutes. Location was great. Dewey's close by was a great place to eat.
